You must consult a doctor and physiotherapist. The physiotherapist can suggest some useful exercises.you must get yourself treated for the stones.
Eating vise avoid organ meats,fish and shell fish, fast foods, high fat fied foods, bakery foods, rich creamy sauces, gravies, mushrooms, cauliflower, spinach, peas, beans, dals.
opt for low fat dairy foods, soya, soya milk, thin dals. drink lots of water, coconut water, have fruits, vitamin C rich veggies, fruit.
You can take up a structured supervised diet program.
Avoid alcohol completely
