Do not increse the simple sugar intake (sugar, sweets, jams, pastries etc). Eat frequent meals (every 2 hours) consisting of rotis, dals, vegetables, fruits nuts throughout the day. Fruits, sweet lime water, electrolyte solution, fruit juice is something you should immediately have if there is a sudden drop in the sugar levels or a feeling of dizziness and headache.
