Choose wheat flour rotis, brown rice over white rice as they are rich in fibre and would help to regulate your blood sugar levels.
Avoid Fruits like mangoes, Litchi, banana, seetaphal, chikoo.
Try to avoid the above foods but again if you feel like eating then have just a small portion of it.
1/2 katori of white rice in a meal
1 slice / 2 small litchis in a meal
