Ideal and healthy weight loss in 2 to 3 weeks should have been in the range of 1 to 1 1/2 kgs at the most. Severe caloric restriction without exercise is damaging. Weight loss occurs but it is mainly by loosing water and muscles and not fat. Also the body starts conserving fats as it senses caloric deprivation. So it conserves calories rather than loosing them. Metabolism slows down so caloric expenditure at rest also slows down.
You have to eat small healthy frequent meals consisting of protein and fibre rich foods (low fat milk, low fat curds, paneer, channa, roti with dal, sprouts, boiled channa, fruits, salads, soups) and do aerobic and resistance exercices for sustainable and effective fat loss.
