How does one go about obtaining these services? Do you have to go to England? If so, what are the costs and how long does it take to recover after the procedure.
Is it a permanent breast enlargement, and does the patient have to worry about constant upkeep like the do with silacone implants?
Is there an age barrier? Is there an ethnic barrier?
