I am 77 and in most esxcellent health . . . except I am profoundly hard of hearing. I have tried stick in your ear hearing aids, but wonder about my candidacy for implants. there's one option with a subcutaneously inserted half dollar sized battey that can be shanged with a very minor surgical procedure, every few years. Would that be a good solution for me?
