When my GH and IGF-1 are within the normal range, like all things hard work shows results. I would never recommend anyone taking additional GH supplements outside of what the body produces. Anything in excess is like playing with your life. As I suffer with this rare chronic disease, I can only pray that education, awareness and a global effort to reduce the use of GH in our food chain may prevent others from this "painful and ugly disease with so many complications to life.
