Some countries are celebrating Gay's marriage and some are going to ban Gay marriages.
The gay couple, Tiwonge and Steven, have been earlier convicted under anti-gay laws. Homosexuality is prohibited in at least 37 nations of Africa, Malawi is one of them. The government of Uganda is also proposing to pass a bill that would punish homosexuals with harsh punishments.
