I agree with the research findings. Because erection is caused by full flow of blood into the penis by heart's pumping mechanism. It helps a man to prevent Prostate cancer, since semen produced, in the prostate gland, is spent out. Heart when pumping blood before erection, all other internal organs shall get simultaneous flow of blood. Similarly, it applies to females. If the male indulges in pre-coitus activities, like pressing the breasts, buttocks, shoulders, etc., the female can escape the risk of breast cancer.Both shall be healthy and fine minimising the impact of old age or heart ailments.
