I had Toxemia when I 31 weeks pregnant. My blood pressure was so high my doctor admitted me to the hospital that day. After two weeks of bed rest there was no change and my life as well as my baby was at great risk.She was premature but healthy and breathing on her owm. She is a normal 12 years old now.I wonder if my toxemia was a result of having a rare auto-immune illness Parry Romberg Syndrome?
