Pregnant women, the sick, small children are exempted to fast in Islam.

Pregnants are excempted from fasting in Islam. Majority of pregnants are not fasting and Islam is not forcing them to fast. If at all, any pregnant woman fasts during Ramadan, it is at her own will and risk.
