This is really interesting. Maybe my mom ate too much fat and sweets when I was inside her tummy. I had a hard time breaking the habit of eating sweets. I actually got bigger when I entered my teenage years and although I'm exercising, it wasn't enough. Right now though, I'm using an appetite suppressant prescopodene which is doing some wonders as I am quite having control over what I eat. Kinda helps to let me lose some weight too.
