Osteoporosis

Osteoporosis, literally ‘holes in bones’, is a condition in which bones become less dense and fragile. A person with osteoporosis will have no pain, but can easily fracture her bones, especially bones of the wrist, spine or hip. Women are more likely to have osteoporosis.

Nice information.What care should be taken if a T-Score is -1.00 to prevent from Osteoporosis, now age 40 years and Feamale ?
