The PSA normal value range iof brought down from current 4 ng/dl to 2.5 would diagnose more Carcinoma prostates when the population are screened

My dad just got a 392 PSA reading. Where can I read about readings in this range. I have only seen commentary on levels at about 10 and under.

My PSA reading is 9 it has been 9 before and the biopsy found no cancer cells I am 74 years of age. My left testicle gets sore at times over the last say twenty five years
