prawns and cholestrol

The cholesterol which is found in some types of seafood eg. prawns, does not usually make a great contribution to the level of cholesterol in your blood as opposed to a saying that prawn is strictly banned for people with high cholestrol levels.the quantity of ready-made cholesterol we would get from prawns will be only a fraction of the total. It is much more important to reduce the saturated fat in our diet than to fuss about foods containing ready-made cholesterol..infact a recent research says that they are a good source of omega 3 fatty acids. These valuable fats lower triglyceride levels and have many other benefits for heart health.
lets take the case of the japanese people--They are the world's greatest consumers of prawns and they have the highest life expectancy.therefore we can say that
Prawns are rich in good cholesterol.
