Brilliant idea. I have a child with a severe disability, we had to wait for 2 years before he could get his own wheelchair, and had to push him around in a pram. His 7 years old, surely it does not take 2 years to wait for equipment, Early Invervention etc. We need the book SHUT OUT to be available to all families, so we can raise these issues and make it urgent reform. We cannot wait any longer....Disability Matters...Tanya.
