I watched the news on the CNN on World AIDS Day 2010. Unfortunately, a report said that the largest STD dating site STDslove. com now has more than 250,000 HIV members. Also, the new HIV subscribers on the site have increased 50% over 2009.
Why so many guys and girls on the site are very sexy? Why so many sexy people are infected by HIV? I think we need SEX-ED to prevent HIV transmission during sex.

HIV is a bloodborne virus. It does not have an intelligence as to who it infects. It is not a gay disease. It is not just a sexually transmitted disease. If you work as an EMT or nurse, you risk getting it. If you were given a blood transfusion in the 80s [or in Mexico and Central America still] you were at risk of getting it. If you play physically violent sports, you risk getting it. MMA fighters???? absolutely at risk. Like so many things in border cities, the education and ignorance about HIV is pre-1985. But yes, if you are going out this weekend looking for cheap drunken sex with any gender, you are at risk of HIV or at least one of the more common STDs around here.
