This is good news. Detecting food allergy is quite a concern for parents and pediatricians. A faster and easier way of detecting food allergy is very much welcome.

This would be a big help for our food allergy child. Since there isn't a margin for error, any help would be great. As the owner of an allergy-free food store, Live Free Foods, our clients tell us all the time that reading labels and navigating food that is not well marked is a big headache. Gluten-Free. Allergy Free. Be Free.
