I was born and raised in Florida, USA, was an avid beach goer and am the only known MSer [or autoimmune-er] in my family. Somehow I doubt Vit. D has anything to do with it. I have been dealing with MS since gradeschool and it seems the scientists are still grasping at straws. Forgive me for sounding less than supportive, but COME ON! Next week you'll tell us to once again avoid the sun like the plague!
