Wow! Talk about oversimplifying the facts. We have known the benefits of tea, coffee, and chocolate milk for over a decade. This is hardly new research. Tea has an important element: Catechins. Especially Green Tea, has been shown to strengthen the immune system through its powerful antioxidant nature. We don't know however, the side effects of using too many catechin compounds in the body. I suggest drinking tea and coffee in moderation, and increasing your exercise. There is no help for a lazy person that drinks a ton of tea. Chocolate milk is rich in many nutrients, however lactose is not a great sugar for the uman hody to digest, and if you are from a african or asian family tree... you can't drink it period with massive GI distress.
