I think that they both should be put to death. "Because sentence against a bad work has not been executed speedily, that is why the heart[figurative heart; seat of motivation, imaginations, intentions impulses] of the sons of men(human species)has become fully set in them to do bad."Ecclesiastes 8:11
Jehovah God said: "And your eye should not feel sorry: soul will be for soul, eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot." Deuteronomy 19:21. While many will argue this point, especially those that claim to be Christians, Jehovah God also said:"For I am Jehovah; I have not changed." Malachi 3:6 This shows that God is still the same God and he still feels the same way he felt years ago about life being taken in deliberate, calculated murder.

If men would follow the direction, guidance and laws of the Creator God Jehovah, many of the lawless things would not be happening. Jesus, in speaking to the religious leaders of his day said: "and thus you make the word of God invalid by your tradition which you handed down. And many things similar to this you do."Mark 7:13 Yes, humans have shoved Gods laws aside and have put in place their own and that is why they fail over and over again. That is why the prophet Jeremiah under divine inspiration said: "I well know, O Jehovah, that to earthly man his way does not belong.(on the earth)It does not belong to man who is walking(conducting his own life) even to direct his step." Jeremiah 10:23
I am a Christian and therefore a follower of Christ putting full trust in that the Bible is truly the inspired word of God written by some 40 something men that God inspired to write it. I believe that the True Gods' name is Jehovah or YHWH which means 'he causes to become.' Yes, I believe that this great name which identifies the Creator as a person that has the ability to become whatever he so chooses to fullfill his purpose which goes beyond some plan which can fall a part at anytime.

Yes, as one of Jehovah's Witnesses, I believe that wickedness and those that practice such things will be destroyed, dismantled by their Creator in his due time, in which he promises for he says: "And just a little while longer, and the wicked one will be no more.." Psalms 37:10
