SERUM CHOLESTEROL 198
SERUM HDL CHOLESTEROL (Direct) 40
SERUM LDL CHOLESTEROL (Direct) 101
SERUM VLDL CHOLESTEROL 57
SERUM TOTAL CHOLESTEROL:
HDL – CHOLESTEROL 4.95
Please suggest me proper treatment and medicines, as possible billow side effect,Waiting for your kind response

Your chol numbers are not good but it is still manageable by healty living. Add garlic to your diet and 2km morning jogging with deep breath taking. You will see the result within 6 months. Keep smiling to reduce stress.
