This is regards to my case#1001796215, Policy number#4034i/FFH/71245261/00/000 we had such a BAD EXPERIENCE at the time when we asked your department to approve our cashless case. My mother has a surgery tomorrow and today I received a call from ICICI Lombard that according to their policy they accept cases only after 2 years. Let me tell you something when your sales department try to sell these policies they don't inform us about these terms and conditions as they are busy in laying emphasis on 24 hour hospitalization cap. We guys blindly trust you and give you our hard earned money and let you handle our families health future as we trust you. So now what your representatives are telling us that we should read your terms and conditions and then we should sign your policy. Trust me guys you have already shown your true colors and now this is going to spread on every blog page and its already their on TWITTER as well so that your so called 2,00,000 fans can get to know about what we have gone through. I am not hungry for your extraordinary claim amount but I want best customer service instead of you guys ignoring me. This incident will lead to WITHDRAWL of my family policies which includes 10 PEOPLE in total. I know its small number for you guys but when it gets shared on their walls and their blogs as well, it would hardly take one day to spread. Good luck guys.
