This is real shocking!! This kid will probably not live up to his parents and grandparents expectation. If his parents and grandparents cared enough they should try harder to make him quit smoking and themselves quit smoking to be an example to the kid. That's just my idea. But seeing that he's 4!! it won't be easy getting him to quit. It's just my opinion and they can take it or leave it.
