This 'Britain on the Brink' nonsense is trivialising rather than normalising mental health issues and well paid charity professionals like Liz Felton should be focussing on ensuring help is available for those with the most severe and enduring mental health problems rather than exagrating the extent to which we all feel a bit stressed or down at times as a normal reaction to tryin or negative life events. Another report from a police chief today shows a spike in killings and crime through a lack of funding and support for people with mental health issues . A lot of the UK's frontline emergency, respite and support mental health services have been modernised away to transfer cash to charities like Ms Feltons.
