Could this be true? I've an uncle who started to develop fits since he had a fall.. Before the fall, he secretly drinks alcohol.. although he is advised against it due to his leg condition (walks with slight limp) which makes him more susceptible to falls if drunk.

Ever since he has been staying in a nursing home, without access to any alcohol, he now has more frequent fits as reported by the nurses. We are not sure of the causes...The last brain scan shows that everythings fine... anyone can pls advise us?? grateful for it.. thanks..
