NOT AT ALL A GOOD IDEA., ITS ABSOLUTELY IMPOSSIBLE TO DEVIATE FROM THE 50/50 QUOTA OR ELSE THE VERY ALL INDIA PG ENTRANCE WILL BE AT STAKE., MORE STATES WILL WANT TO COME OUT WITH SOME OTHER PERCENTAGES CITING SOME OR THE OTHER REASON
RULES ARE RULES FOR EVERYONE
SETTING UP NEW MEDICAL COLLEGES IS A VERY OLD FASHIONED STATEMENT., INSTEAD SETTING UP A POST GRADUATE INSTITUTE WOULD BE A BETTER OPTION
