Megan, better get a check up with a psychiatrist. or NeuroPhysician.
If you hallucinate ( hear voices or images ) or someone observed you over a period of time, you may be showing symtpoms of Schizophrenia.

I have had opportunity to observe both epileptic person and schizoid person.. God be with you always
