Famous internationally known cowboy singer and a cowboy himself, Chris LeDoux from Kaycee, Wyoming was diagnosed with PSC in 2000. He had been inflicted with unknown symptoms as early as 1987. He underwent a liver transplant in 2000 at U of NE. He died March 2005. His story is told in the liner notes of his CD box set "Chris LeDoux - The Capitol Collection (1990-2000)". Facing death, he recorded one of the best and last song of his career "The Ride". It is available from the Apple Store as a single only. His career spans 40 albums and 577 songs.
