I personally found more benefit in enhancing the signal from the brain to the diaphragm so that breathing doesn't diminish to the point of stopping. Then, there is no rapid inhalation that drags the soft tissue into the airway forcing it to block. I was able to do this by taking some herbs that enhance respiration. Cheaper and better than surgery.

I just had a sleep test and I am awiting my results...what herbs do you take to help your sleep apnea..I would rather avoid sugerya dn do not want to wear a CPAP machine..thanks
