PUNISHMENT IS FOR MAINTAINANCE OF LAW OF LAND.WHEREAS GUILTY IS DEPRIVED OF SEVERAL COMFORTS OF LIFE AND SECLUSION FROM SOCIETY.HOWEVER KEEPING IN VIEW THE PRINCIPLE OF REFORM OF DELINQUENT AS BASIC PRINCIPLE,THE RELEASE OF'PENT UP' TENSION BY CONJUGAL VISITS WILL HELP IN FORMATION OF BETTER SOCIETY.
