The NSW jury held the homeopath and his wife guilty. Actually, there are more "persons" (i.e., legal persons) who are also guilty: (1) the Government of India, for declaring homeopathy to be a "system of medicine" equivalent to conventional medicine, and licensing and allowing homeopaths to practice as "doctors"; and (2) the community of medical professionals in India and their professional associations (including Medical Council of India, Indian Medical Association, Delhi Medical Association, etc.) for NOT protesting against the Government's policy of promoting and supporting invalid or ineffective therapies, or quackeries, like homoeopathy, acupuncture, naturopathy, ayurveda, unani, siddha, etc.
Th death of the child Gloria Thomas came into the media limelight only because it happened in Australia. Is there not a holocaust of such deaths in India, because of the doings of millions of QUACKS who have been licensed to practice as "doctors"?

It is unfortunate to hear such news
If properly treated with homeopathy, such thing could not happen.
Homeopathy is the best medicine,as it is tested with human, whereas in allopathy most of the medicine are checked in animals.
