Sounds very extreme but being 4ft 11inch myself I totally understand why she's had it done. Many careers have been a no-no due to lack of height and being the butt of midget jokes over the years is no fun either. I wish this woman well.

People should produce hormones naturally to increase their height. During and after puberty, you need to have good diet and exercise to grow.Actually the system is simple. If you do exercise and have good diet, then your muscle mass increase. If your muscle mass increase, then your bones need to strengthen themselves to support this additional mass. Strengthening the bones is the most important thing to increase height. You can find the most important nutrients and exercises in this website. I have a 17-year-old son, and I follow these things. Result is 3 inches in 2 months!
