I am in NY, USA, and it seems the bullying, intimidation and harassment of teachers by administrators is a worldwide problem; at least definitely in New York State, in suburban areas and in New York City itself. The torment and violation of basic safety and pleasant work environment and scheduling, is commonplace, as well. It is rife with nepotism and favoritism and ageism.
