Overcoming anxiety is never easy. There are many parts to overcoming anxiety. The best way to help is to visit the doctor regularly and to tell the doctor how the person feels. If anxiety was easy to overcome, there wouldn’t be any need for the doctor or for that matter, medicines. These are important pieces of the puzzle but the puzzle has a lot more pieces. Think back to the last time a person was putting a jigsaw puzzle together. It probably took awhile to finish. When the person was just ready for the last piece and it was missing it may have felt like it was a waste of time because the piece is missing. That is almost what it feels like with anxiety.
