Many years ago I warned the US and Canadian governments that this would happen , and was blacklisted for it but note a former US Surgeon General regretted my treatment.If the heads of these Centers of Excellence would be held accountable this would not happen because they would be afraid of going to jail. As it is .like Madoff , the SEC and NASDAQ were warned and nobody did anything and people suffered. My theories and warnings are now fully vindicated so consider this , if you want to stay alive and protect your loved ones help me send a message that this is serious and the public takes it seriously. There is NO statutes of limitations for fraud committed against the US federal government, and new material is being prepared for Pres. Obama,ask him to carefully review it and lay the charges NOW.
