It is wrong to say that, the father had admited his failure, by a simple one line statement in the COurt.
When we all fail to achive some thing that we wished, we all say, we could have opted a better option. When a major surgery fails even with a good surgen at a good Hospital, we will say the same thing, we could have done this at a better Hospital with a better Dr.
I know the family, seen their pain, how well they took care of their child, during thier visit to India on vacation. The mother always sits with the Child to care the child. I have seen such cases with other childrens too, there is no permenant cure in Alophathy medicine. Many are living with Homeophathy treatment only.
Alophathy Drs. can not guranty that, their medicine could have saved the Child. They will only say, they will do their best, it is always done on a trail basis.

Now they lost their baby, they are blessed with another baby, we are suppose to support the parents to bring up their child.
The honorable lawyers and Court must have not thought of their living child, what happens to this child, if the parents are made to stand in the victim box. I see this case as a case by few members of Alophathy system against the Homeophathy. If the Court is so sure that, Homeophathy is not a treatment, why not take the steps to stop the practice.
