If we skip a dose or cannot have lunch or dinner after taking the capsules within 20 minutes, what would be the effect?

Its a waste product and has many side effects like development of Asthma, coz i myself took for 1 month and developed Asthma which i had never known before. Pls do not buy as all claims seem to be bogus and money making based.
