The problem is woman often choose not to work even when they have the capacity and the time. Look at the many doctors who are housewives or lawyers or architects and so on - I can go on. Raising a family is the most important thing and I feel the man should give all the support. What is reqd is how to get the women back into the work there has to be a bridging confidence building interim period by either a course or an internship or both. Rehabilitation is the key to increase the number of women in workforce - no point coming out with these figures - they often have no meaning. Need to go into the root of the problem

to change the way society treats women women need to change themselves.she needs to change the way daughters are reared in the families.men also have equal to contribute.they need to be more sensible and understanding. united we need to identify and unmask those beasts who commit and perpetrate violence against women and girls. these beasts need to be punished severly for their crime. these beasts are a big hurdle in the progress of society . they make this world an ugly place with their presence around.
