well first of all it is pretty much fact that women are more aggessive than boys are!!! and that boys get landed with tha blame you see it every day!! like wen a mother wins the child and the mother is a crack addict and the father has a good job and a house!!! its like wtf is up with that!!!secound that phone was taken in my opinion illegally it was in his pocket which is their for private property!!! if u disagree read tinker vs Des Moines pretty much it says STUDENTS DO NOT LOSE THERE RITES AT THE SCHOOL DOORS!! but ive noticed that schools are becoming power hungrey and they threaten the students like iss ( in school suspention), exspultion, and detentions!!! personaly the school being able to check ur locker at random is bull to. i mean my school makes me use a locker i cant carry my book bag around with my books i have to have them in my locker so i have no choice and if u rent a locker at an airport the security cant just for no reason open ur lock box!! personaly in most schools that uve been in said we cant carry our phones but we can have them in our locker so which means its still personal prosestion its my phone and my private business!!really though if ur school is know for doing shit like that just keep ur phone locked with a password i do that. that way they cant search ur phone they have to ask u and u can say no to that they cant do shit!!!
