I made a device that would test the reaction time of drivers. I took a car seat, rigged up a steering wheel and a brake pedal. In front of the steering wheel I put a small TV screen. I asked people to put on the brake when they saw a red light on the TV screen. I judged that three out of ten people over sixty-five did not respond fast enough to avoid an accidnet. I am neither a researcher or a professional. I just wanted to test out my theory. I would hope someone would do the necessary research to see if I was on to anything. A test could be given every time someone renewed or got a new drivers license to test reaction time.
