Shows the insensitivity of the airlines staff to a colored man - irrespective of his credentials. Attitudes never change and psychologial bias ensures that the colored guy feels like a victim. And of course the 9/11 hysteria doesnt help either.

The incident is understandable but regretable. After the fact, it seems to me that the coviction and guilty plea should be set aside and the events and merits of this case should be isolated and looked at with an objective eye. Perhaps the Feds can, after the fact, correct this by taking the initiative. And, that is my opinion.
