What the heck? You would think that having sex while sleeping was a good thing! They guy wasn't hurting her intentionally, he just didn't know what he was doing because he was unconscious while having sex with her. They are married, for the love of mike! It should not be punished under the law because he did nothing wrong. As long as she wasn't being intentionally abused and it didn't hurt, I say she should lay back and enjoy it!
