I agreed Lifestyle and Diet Could Make for Longer Life but only these are not the alone factors the other factor that can make life longer is protecting your skin from dust, harmful particles and relaxation is also must.

I agree that regular physical exercise, Mediterranean diet, including olve oil and moderate consumption of wine can contribute to longevity and overall healthful physical and mental state. Besides these lifestyle changes, one has to be as stress free as possible. Moreover, one must avoid smoking and try one's best to avoid enviromental pollution also, as this is gaining significance as a risk factor for health.
