2. To be under strict control and authority of state government.
3. Option to decide / request is to be given to
a) all above the age of 75 years.
b) Next of kin of all patients in coma for more than 10 days.
c) Terminally ill patients who would otherwise die a painful death.
d) Terminally ill patients whose next of kin surviving below poverty line.
e) abandoned patients who have no one to love or take care.
f) physically deformed and disabled by birth or accident and incapable of living a normal life.
g) hard core & proved criminals unworthy of releasing back into human society.

Hello all who is reading, My name is Karen and I have been living or shall I say dying from cancer for the past 11 months. The cancer is now spreading throughout my entire body. My left leg was removed to prevent the spread, but it didn't. I am experiencing so much pain due to my illness. I feel I am being tortured to live with this pain everyday of my meaningless life. I do not have any family or friends to support me. I am alone. The doctors said I will be lucky to make it to see July. I do not want to wait that long. I want to die now, today! I was hoping there would be someone reading this that could give me any advice on what I should do or refer me to someone who could assist me with my death. I really need all and any help I can get. If there is another site that I can get advice from please let me know. Someone please help me because I can't live like this anymore.
