The court system on domestivc violence is taking a serious toll on me as a family member and also compromising my younger children. My son is going to court for dv over drama he had with his former girlfriend. He is treated like a common criminal. WHen is arguing with someone a crime? He is treated as though he beat the shit out of her! The domestic violence act is a bastardized system only out to get money. I am the victim!
