The Health Minister of India- Dr.Ramdoss sems to be so ignorant. Andhra Pradesh and Jammu and Kashmir has both adopted the same Transplantation of Human Organ Act (THO) as any other state in the country and has no separate act or legislationl Can a minister be pulled up for giving wrong answers in Indian Parliament I wonder!!
