Why is it, that the MIFACE report clearly states the waitress had trouble breathing immediately BEFORE she went to work, yet anti-smoking activists are trying to portray this as a work induced fatality.
This also occured 4 years prior, and I suspect this has been trotted before the media, to deliberately mislead public opinion.
"According to the medical examiner’s report, the victim’s father had seen her at 9:30 p.m. and stated she was having breathing problems at that time. The victim arrived at work at approximately 9:45 p.m. and greeted her coworkers."
Unfortunately reporters don't seem to be able to distinguish between news and special interest propaganda.
