Why is it that on 23rd June 2008 all bars visited have imposed a smoking ban yet at the Soi 8 bar it is rampant. Complaints have been answered with a comment that management have been exempt. The next question being " by whom?" Is this graft? Have the establishment been bought off? I would like to see regular visits by authorities to impose the law (Including fines)so we can enjoy a smoke free environment in which to enjoy relaxing and eating.
