Definitely we needs to move further from the presence technology to a new dimension which is within means to every individual globally and must be surgeon friendly ie easy to be inserted by any average ENT surgeons through a very simple straight forward 1/2 hour surgery.
The presence financial technical and operational aspect is unacceptable ..........to humanity globally.
